Andrew Morley serves as Senior Manager of Government Relations for CRES.
From 2019 to 2023, Morley was a Legislative Assistant and Director of Energy and Natural Resources Policy for Representative Pete Stauber from Minnesota. His work primarily focused on the Natural Resources Committee where he helped manage the Congressman’s role as the top Republican on the Energy and Mineral Resources Subcommittee, focusing on critical minerals, mining, energy, and land management.
Since 2017, Morley has worked for the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and for Representative Raúl R. Labrador (ret.) from Idaho.
Morley is a native of east-central Minnesota. He attended St. John’s University (Minn.) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
