His extensive policy experience and reputation as a consensus builder makes him well qualified as the Commission’s broad jurisdiction covers a wide array of energy matters that play an increasingly critical role in the development and maintenance of our nation’s energy infrastructure. We thank Chairman McIntyre for his dedicated tenure as chairman and offer our warm wishes for a healthy recovery.
