“While we appreciate House Energy and Commerce Democratic members for their work to address climate change, we are disheartened that they have once again chosen to ignore the efforts of Ranking Member Walden and Rep. Shimkus to pursue bipartisan solutions. Congress must move away from a partisan approach to address climate change. It’s an unfortunate missed opportunity.”
