WASHINGTON, D.C.
— Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) today announced the launch of a radio advertising campaign in South Dakota urging U.S. Senator John Thune (R-SD) to support legislation that will expand the investment tax credit for energy storage, a policy that’s key to jobs and a cleaner environment. You can listen to the South Dakota radio spot here.

The 60-second radio ad will air in the Rapid City and Sioux Falls metro markets as well as non-metro markets from Monday, December 9th through Sunday, December 15th

“Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions thanks Senator John Thune for working to provide affordable and reliable energy to his constituents, and urges him to support energy storage legislation,” said CRES Executive Director Heather Reams. “The investment tax credit for energy storage makes energy more efficient, promotes a cleaner environment, and catalyzes job growth in South Dakota. We encourage Congress to swiftly act by including this important provision in end-of-year tax legislation.”
