WASHINGTON, D.C. — Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) today announced the launch of a radio advertising campaign encouraging Coloradans to thank U.S. Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) for his leadership in sponsoring legislation to expand the investment tax credit to include investments in energy storage technology, a policy that’s key to jobs and a cleaner environment. Media can listen to the Colorado radio spot here.
The 60-second radio ad will air in the Colorado Springs, Denver-Boulder, Fort Collins-Greeley, Grand Junction, and Pueblo metro markets from Monday, December 9th through Sunday, December 15th.
“Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions applauds Senator Cory Gardner, a CRES Clean Energy Champion award winner, for leading on issues that address energy affordability and reliability issues for his constituents,” said CRES Executive Director Heather Reams. “The investment tax credit for energy storage makes energy more efficient, promotes a cleaner environment, and catalyzes job growth in Colorado. We encourage Congress to swiftly act by including this important provision in end-of-year tax legislation.”
Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) engages Republican policymakers and the public about responsible, conservative solutions to address our nation’s energy, economic, and environmental security while increasing America’s competitive edge.
