Whitney Folluo brings years of experience in strategic communications, media relations and foreign affairs to the CRES communications team. Most recently, she served as a communications expert at the U.S. Institute of Peace (USIP), where she focused on strengthening the Institute’s relationships with members of Congress, media outlets and key stakeholders. Prior to that, Folluo worked on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (SFRC) and for the late Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK), where she managed legislative communications and advanced both domestic and international policy priorities. A proud native of small-town Oklahoma, Whitney studied international relations and business at Oral Roberts University.
