Angela Chiappetta is the Vice President of External Relations at Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES). She leads CRES’ engagement with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders to advance conservative clean energy solutions. Angela manages the organization’s Corporate Donor Program, CRES PAC and grantmaking strategy, while building partnerships that expand CRES’ reach and impact through initiatives like National Clean Energy Week, COP and CRES Policy Forums.
With more than a decade of public affairs leadership, Angela has guided Fortune 500 companies, trade associations and nonprofits in navigating complex political and regulatory environments, building winning advocacy campaigns, and strengthening corporate and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining CRES, she held senior roles at Squared Communications, Burson, Rational 360 and DDC Public Affairs, where she developed a proven record of success in PAC strategy, grassroots mobilization, coalition-building and strategic communications that advanced major policy priorities at both the state and federal levels.
Originally from Stamford, CT, Angela is a graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and holds certifications in PAC Management and Grassroots Management from the Public Affairs Council.
