CRES Statement Regarding Senate Cloture on Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill

“CRES strongly supports continued negotiations towards a bipartisan infrastructure deal that works for all Americans. It is entirely reasonable for lawmakers to want to see more details before voting to proceed on an issue that’s fundamental to American prosperity. We urge Senate leadership to support all efforts – including an extended timeline without arbitrary procedural votes – to reach such an agreement.

“We thank Senators Burr, Cassidy, Collins, Coons, Graham, Hassan, Hickenlooper, Kelly, King, Manchin, Moran, Murkowski, Portman, Romney, Rounds, Shaheen, Sinema, Tester, Tillis, Warner and Young for their efforts and stand ready to support a bipartisan agreement.”
