Today, Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) announced a $67,000 mail and digital ad buy highlighting State Senator William Timmons’ strong clean energy record in advance of the June 12 Republican Primary.

Timmons has been firmly committed to advancing American-made clean energy solutions such as natural gas and solar. These innovative technologies are powering the Palmetto State’s thriving economy and strengthening our national security through energy dominance at home. CRES applauds William Timmons for his strong record in support of advanced energy solutions for South Carolina,” CRES Chairman and Executive Director James Dozier said.
William Timmons’s record on clean energy includes:
- Supported legislation to ensure the continued growth of solar energy as a member of the South Carolina Senate.
- Promoted free-market, pro-solar policies to help further energy independence in South Carolina as a member of the Palmetto Conservative Solar Coalition (PCSC).
