A Republican Engagement Program
For the past decade, Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) and CRES Forum have worked to revolutionize the way Republican members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives support American clean energy development and policies to reduce global emissions.
Our work has resulted in the creation of a unique, comprehensive engagement program that educates federal legislators and staff about effective policies to reduce global emissions. To build on our success and increase our effectiveness, we seek corporate partners to support and complement our educational and advocacy work.
What We Do
CRES advocates for emissions reductions rather than supporting any one kind of energy source or technology. Examples of our priorities include permitting reform, transmission policy, public funding of energy innovation, federal incentives to accelerate clean energy and clean tech adoption, as well as incentives and policies to lower emissions in hard-to-abate sectors. Our tent is broad, but our work on climate and clean energy is focused.
CRES is inviting a select group of organizations that share our goal and have a need for an effective Republican engagement strategy to partner with us and strengthen their own advocacy and education programs.
Interested parties should contact the CRES External Relations team at [email protected] to discuss partnership opportunities.
