Jonny Lobeck serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES), where he leads strategy execution, organizational performance, and enterprise operations. He ensures that organizational KPIs, grant deliverables, and departmental workplans operate as a unified system—driving alignment, accountability, and strategic clarity across the organization. As the executive head of CRES’s human resources and people strategy, Jonny oversees leadership development, succession planning, and performance systems to ensure the organization has the right capabilities in the right roles and a culture that supports mission-driven results.
Jonny brings more than a decade of experience advising executive leadership and boards on strategic planning, organizational design, and operational execution across national associations and mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining CRES, he served in senior leadership roles in Washington, D.C., including Director of Human Resources & Operations at the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) and Director of Human Resources at Casey Trees. At CHPA, Jonny led initiatives that aligned Board priorities with organizational objectives and built governance structures to support industry policy strategy and long-range planning.
Outside of work, Jonny enjoys scuba diving, exploring the outdoors, staying active, and chipping away at an always-evolving home renovation project.
