Jonathan Leiter is the Director of Communications at Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES), where he shapes the organization’s communications strategy.
Jonathan brings a distinctive combination of financial communications, electoral politics and energy policy advocacy to his role at CRES. He previously served as Political Director for Larry Hogan’s Maryland Senate campaign where he focused on building data-driven narratives for skeptical audiences. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade in investor relations at leading financial services firms in New York and Nashville. He holds a Master of Professional Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College.
