Spencer Talley serves as the Government Relations Associate for CRES Energy. In this role, he liaises common sense energy solutions to the CRES network and beyond. Prior to joining CRES, Spencer interned on Capitol Hill, introducing him to the connection between sound policy, tax incentives, and clean energy directives. Spencer is from Northern Virginia and recently graduated from Sewanee, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics while minoring in Business.
